Once the optimal solution is designed, the network is assembled. VP Solutions insures a smooth installation by conducting thorough testing of the software, hardware, and interoperability of the solutions. Building and testing each client's system at the lab prior to delivery makes the installation appear to be "plug and play."

When building a solution, installation is only the beginning of the partnership. The ownership philosophy encompasses training and support to maximize each client's investment. Customized training can be provided to ensure that employees thoroughly understand and utilize the system.

VP Solutions will also tailor on-going support to meet the needs of each client. Operations support requires monitoring the network to keep the system operating at the optimal level. Through telephone calls and on-site visits, our consultants will fine-tune the system and address the needs of a growing organization, perhaps by adding software or other network additions. Also, equipment maintenance ensures that hardware ranging from servers to peripherals is promptly serviced.

VP Solutions works towards implementing preventative maintenance strategies with the client instead of post-crisis repair. This includes updating hardware and software revisions, keeping anti-virus definitions up to date, warnings about security risks and existing or impending viruses.

VP Solutions provides the expertise and on-going support to leverage each client's ability to gain a competitive advantage through technology.

VP Solutions offers a number of different service packages intended to tailor services to the client's needs:

General Service Description:

VP Solutions Support provides hardware, software, network consulting, and network support via telephone assistance (voice and/or modem) with on-site support as needed. More specifically, VP Solutions will advise the customer on hardware, software, and network improvements as well as troubleshooting and solving hardware and network problems.

VP Solutions will provide consulting services that provide the client with recommendations, network analysis, and the support involved in the implementation of network improvements. The price of respective hardware and software needed for the implementation are not included in the contract price. VP Solutions will troubleshoot or partner with the client in the troubleshooting of network operational problems and network performance problems.

VP Solutions provides on site, phone (both modem and voice), scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance for non-emergencies between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Critical outages are responded to within 4-hours' of notification. Off hours support is available to contract clients for emergencies and other designated services.

Contract packages and Non-contract services:

  • Contract packages can be purchased in different hourly bundles depending on the client's specific needs.  Purchasing bundled hours can help reduce your IT cost.  Contact us for specific rates .
  • Non-contract clients are not offered telephone support or off-hours support options and are billed at a standard rate.
